What is the battery range after tuning?
On electric vehicles, range depends largely on the type of driving you do. If you drive thriftily, the change will not cause you to lose range, it will probably even give you more. If you drive more sporty, you will naturally experience a drop in range. We estimate this to be about 5km in normal use.
What is the delivery time?
We ship all packages the same day. It takes 2 to 3 working days for delivery.
Does the package have a tracking number?
Yes, all the packages we send are insured and have a tracking number.

Does it work 100%?
If the product you have chosen is suitable for your vehicle, there is no doubt that the box works.
Is it dangerous for the motor/battery/... ?
Our solutions are carefully developed and tested in a variety of situations to ensure excellent reliability.

How long does the warranty last?
We offer a 2 year international warranty on all our products.
How do I order in my company's name?
During the payment process, you will be given the opportunity to enter your delivery address and your billing address.
An invoice in your company name will then be issued, including your VAT number.
Where do I enter my VAT number?
On the payment form, you will be able to enter your VAT number.
Which carrier will deliver my package?
We work from Belgium, so it is Bpost that initially takes charge of the parcel.
Once the border is crossed, several carriers can take over to ensure the best possible delivery time.
What should I do if I go to my dealer?
We recommend that you always return the original vehicle when you visit your dealer.
What about the official Renault warranty?
You should be aware that, in principle, the manufacturer would be entitled to refuse you a takeover.
However, we provide a series of recommendations to avoid this.
Why and how does the deposit system work?
The box will be sent to you while the modification is being carried out, in exchange for a deposit of 100€.
After validation of the operation, we invite you to return the box to us.
Once we receive the box back, we refund the deposit to your original payment method.
We also establish a credit note automatically, if necessary for your accounting purposes.
